Multifloral Honeys

Bees are highly opportunistic and don’t purposefully collect honey from just one source, but from all sources available within the range of their hive. What is available changes depending upon the time of year and environment factors—when no one particular source predominates, then we characterize that honey as multifloral honey—created from a mix of nectars and/or honeydew sources.
