New Zealand National Honey

Jump to regional honeys

Some New Zealand honeys are not tied to a single region. Manuka, gathered from the manuka shrub (Leptospermum scoparium) across several parts of the country rather than one district, has an identity that is national rather than regional – so it is documented once here and shown on the regional hubs that produce it.
